The Arab Council for Childhood and Development (ACCD) and the Arab Network for Early Childhood (ANECD) have launched an Advocacy Campaign on Child Rights in Early Childhood under the slogan “Protect the rights of your children to grow up healthy and happy” and hashtag (#Tomorrow), the campaign aims to raise awareness of children’s rights during this critical early stage.

The advocacy campaign seeks to highlight the importance of early childhood and to provide guidance and awareness messages concerning child rights in early childhood, as well as shed light on leading global trends in early childhood development. The campaign targets caregivers, including parents, nursery and kindergarten supervisors and teachers, and other professionals interacting with children at this critical age stage.

This advocacy campaign is implemented according to a joint action plan between ACCD and ANECD, aimed at knowledge production, advocacy, research, and organizing training workshops in early childhood.

ACCD is a founding member of ANECD. A Joint Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between ACCD and ANECD in May 2023 to enhance joint work in early childhood, keep pace with developments, and leverage the latest scientific findings for child development and care during this critical stage.
